At Remy’s K9 Essentials, we aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Dispatch Times

We offer same-day dispatch on eligible orders placed before our daily cut-off time.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, during weekends, or on bank holidays will usually be dispatched on the next working day.

During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we will always aim to send your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Service

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, Royal Mail service levels, seasonal delays, and other factors outside of our control.

Estimated Delivery Times

UK orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on the Royal Mail service used.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service has been specifically selected.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Where free shipping is offered, this will be shown clearly at checkout or on the relevant product page.

Tracking

Where tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Some Royal Mail services may only provide delivery confirmation rather than full end-to-end tracking.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow a little extra time in case of Royal Mail delays.

Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands and Remote Areas

We ship within the UK, including Northern Ireland, Highlands, islands and remote areas where Royal Mail services are available.

Delivery to some areas may take slightly longer than standard UK delivery estimates.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We will review the issue and help resolve it where possible.
